REGULAR BUSINESS HOURS
We remain open for regular business hours during the COVID-19 pandemic. In an effort to promote social distancing and reduce interpersonal contact, we strongly encourage all customers to place and pre-pay for their orders through our website bowtiepizza.com. On the Online checkout page, you will also have an option to request a no-contact delivery. While this method of transaction is preferred, we are still accepting orders over the phone and payment in cash or card in-store and at the door.
With the current COVID-19 outbreak we would like to address our valued customers as to our preventative measures to ensure that we minimize any risk to our staff and customers and help slow the spread of COVID-19 in our province. We are taking important steps based on the advice of Alberta Health Services and Health Canada to create a safe environment for both staff and customers:
- In addition to our normal sanitization procedures, we have introduced additional measures to increase the sanitization frequency in high touch areas such as door handles, POS terminals, and phones.
- We have reemphasized with our staff the importance of thorough and frequent hand washing procedures during each shift and will frequently review proper personal hygiene requirements.
- Any staff members feeling ill or showing any flu-like symptoms will be directed to stay at home. All customers are encouraged to do the same.
- We are asking staff to avoid any contact with others such as hugging and hand shakes along with sharing food and drinks.
